

Netflix show Drive to Survive has been a sensation for the F1 community. The series presents the behind the scene actions from the F1 race weekends and focuses on the paddock politics that many fans are not privy to. Moreover, the docuseries shows drivers and personnel in a different light, which is quite intriguing for every fan to see.

Many F1 personalities, such as Daniel Ricciardo, Christian Horner, and Guenther Steiner, have become celebrities because of the show. It has also helped F1 in welcoming new fans from the USA in particular.

5 things to watch out for in Drive to Survive about the 2021 F1 season
The show is a dramatic representation of last year’s F1 season. Through this, we get some great insights into rivalries as well as the sport itself. And since 2021 was arguably one of the best seasons in Formula 1, Fans are really excited to catch the fourth installment of the thrilling Netflix series.
According to Talk Sport, Horner has already described this season as “Insane”.

1. Lewis Hamilton vs Max Verstappen: The two drivers went toe-to-toe last year for the championship. The title drama between the 2 biggest titans in the sport went on till the very last lap of the season, with the Red Bull driver emerging as the champion. It would be interesting to see how the rivalry is depicted in the season.

2. Christian Horner: Since Verstappen won’t be featuring in season 4 of DTS, the mantle falls on Christian Horner to take Red Bull‘s side. And he has been very much up to the job in previous additions.

3. The Haas Episode: A Haas episode is always eagerly anticipated as it features Guenther Steiner in his most raw self. Hopefully, he would again be the star of the show this season.

4. Monza Mayhem: The fans voted the Italian Grand Prix 2021 the best race of the season. It featured an unlikely McLaren 1-2 and another Hamilton-Verstappen crash, which dominated the headlines.

5. The Last Lap Of The Season: The final lap in Abu Dhabi will go down as one of the most controversial laps in F1 history. We expect Netflix to milk the drama already present in the circumstances.
