Talking about this, Lewis Hamilton further stated in the interview, “I always carry a big bottle of water. In Brazil, you lose a lot of weight in this race. Hydration, headphones, and my phone. Those are the 3 things that I can’t go through my race day without.”

There is so much going on, on race day. There are so many nerves, no matter how many times you do it. So first you need to stay hydrated and second, some music or sounds to try to keep you away from the things going on in your mind,” concluded the Briton.
