Formula 1 drivers are probably and automatically one of the biggest car enthusiasts in the world. These drivers live and breathe in the world of automotive. However, Lewis Hamilton recently met someone in Abu Dhabi who might just be a bigger car enthusiast than himself. A woman who goes by Supercar Blondie.

For the unaware, Alexandra Mary “Alex” Hirschi aka Supercar Blondie is a social media influencer and vlogger. Supercar Blondie is based in Dubai, UAE, and is famous for her automotive videos, which she shares on various social media platforms. The Australian has amassed a massive following of 11.4 million under her alias and recently met Hamilton.

Supercar Blondie picked up the Mercedes world champion in a black Mercedes G-class for a quick chat. During the chat, Hamilton revealed one of his first jobs from his humble beginnings, before he amassed his $285 million. “When I was younger, to make a bit of money, I was cleaning cars,” he said. “I was cleaning like as many people’s cars like on the street and I would do a really great job.”

The Billion Dollar Man even revealed how much he would charge for one car. “When I first did it, it was probably like 10 pounds ($12) but then I eventually got up to like 50 quid ($60),” he revealed.

Yet another awe-inspiring story from one of the most successful F1 drivers in the sport’s history. The world champion obviously does not need to clean cars now to make a living. However, Supercar Blondie flirted with the idea of a seven-time world champion cleaning a car and even suggested how much he should charge for it.

The Australian, an entrepreneur herself, gave Hamilton a million-dollar idea for free. The idea? Same as his first job, but a lot more profitable now.

“How much do you think you could charge now?” She asked before adding, “The Lewis Hamilton car cleaning special. Boom one million bucks, an hour, boom. You’re in, you’re out, one million bucks richer.”
