F1 drivers evidently prefer to keep the adrenaline pumping and to stay active when the opportunity arises. They surely like to keep themselves busy when they have some downtime. And everyone is aware of how daring our Charles Leclerc is. The 25-year-old seems to have a bucket list with all the dangers he takes, suggesting that he does not just go on trips at random. And it looks like the Monegasque has included his brothers in his new ambitious 15000 ft plan.
As he begins his fifth season with Ferrari, Charles Leclerc will be looking to topple Max Verstappen, the current champion, with his new SF-23. The Monegasque, who has been a great talent, was the only driver to challenge Verstappen for the championship last year. Although the contest was short-lived, it revealed the Monegasque’s real potential. In addition to his on-track abilities, the 25-year-old is a wanderer who recently chose to visit the mountains for his latest adventure. Last winter, the Ferrari driver shared a video of him climbing a mountain.

As we may all recall from his skydiving escapades, when he jumped from a height of 13,000 feet in Dubai before season 2020, the Monegasque’s bucket list looks to be extensive. And most recently, during his appearance on the Beyond the Grid podcast, when the host asked about the latest rumor of Leclerc wanting to climb mountains with his brothers Lorenzo and Arthur, the 25-year-old said, ” Yes. This came from them most. But they started to convince me. But I don’t think they are aware of how hard it is. It depends on which one we want to do.”
When Tom Clarkson asked if they want to climb the 15000+ European mountain peak, Mont Blanc? The Ferrari driver said, “ Not yet. I mean, there are no plans yet. They just told me we need to do that one day. Yeah, but, but they just need to train a little because I’m training for that, but they are not yet. So. So yeah, next time I might bring them to the training. In the winter. For me, it’s the sea in the summer. And mountain in the winter. Oh, yeah it’s perfect. I’m really happy there.”
Leclerc, a native of Monaco, has always loved an adrenaline pleasure, and taking the wheel of a legendary car must have given him the same rush.
Charles Leclerc shared his experience of driving the iconic F2003
The entire Maranello team had a painful year last year as the squad, which appeared strong in the early races, ended up mucking things up for them. So there’s little doubt that the crew was hard at work designing the car that would be ideal for both of their drivers for the upcoming season. However, working with the team, Leclerc also got a really special opportunity that not even the great Sebastian Vettel received. During the winter months, Leclerc could be seen driving the iconic 2003 Ferrari F2003 used by the great Michael Schumacher.

While talking about it, Leclerc shared his experience and said, ” The 2003 car is very, very special. On the other hand, it also shows me how much progress there was from 2003 to now in terms of downforce. The downforce that we have in today’s car is absolutely incredible and I think it’s very difficult to understand how much progress there has been made from 2003 to now. Having said that, the weight of the 2003 car, it’s just so fun to drive in the low-speed corners.”
