Monaco Grand Prix always attracts big-name celebrities to its shores. And the 2022 iteration was no different, as we saw celebrities on every corner of the track trying to interact with F1 personnel. So it comes as no surprise that most of them would have wanted to hang out with 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

The Mercedes driver is a big name in the world of sports and is admired the world over for his achievements. He may not have had the best time on the track while driving the car, but he certainly would have enjoyed the off-track attention. Incidentally, it was after the race that he was seen hanging out with LeBron James.
Lewis Hamilton hangs out with NBA Legend LeBron James post-Monaco GP
The Mercedes driver looked relaxed in a picture with James, which was taken by NBA player Kevin Love. This would have been a nice way to detox for the Mercedes driver after a tough weekend on the track.

Mercedes F1 team defended Lewis for his performance in the Monaco Grand Prix. The British driver finished the race in P8, but the German team revealed he had the pace to fight for P5.

Mercedes mentioned Hamilton was on pace with his teammate George Russell and would have fought for 4th position in the race had Alonso not blocked it. But Hamilton just hopes that in the upcoming races he can drive a car that is not bouncing on the road.

“I am praying that the car doesn’t feel like it does here because here it has felt the worst it has so far with the bumps. My teeth and my jaw going the whole time. And I am done with the shaking,” said Lewis.
“Ours is so stiff that the suspension is driving it back into the ground. I am looking forward to some more open track and I am praying that it is not as bumpy as here,” concluded the Mercedes driver.
