This Monday, the iconic Met Gala returned to action for the first time since 2019. While several stars arrived in New York sporting unique outfits, the after parties received just as much, if not more attention. Following his appearance in the Met, defending F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton headed to Rihanna’s after party.
The Briton featured alongside several celebrities who also graced the Met Gala earlier. One of them included American gymnast Simone Biles, with a photo of the pair doing the rounds on social media.

Biles made a stunning Olympic debut in Rio five years ago. With four gold medals and a bronze medal, she established her presence in gymnastics almost instantly. However, she could only win a silver medal and bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics this year.
During the Games, she withdrew from some of her medal events citing the need to take care of her mental health. After returning to the United States, the 24-year-old engaged herself in various activities, and appeared in the Met Gala this past Monday.
Biles marked her Met Gala debut with a stunning dress, which weighed a stunning 40kg. However, she chose a simple black outfit for the after party. Meanwhile, Hamilton also chose a simpler outfit for the after party as compared to his outfit from the Met Gala.
