The BMW PGA Championship is the next big golf tournament after the recent conclusion of the Tour Championship and the Solheim Cup. Plenty of world-class golfers have gathered at the Wentworth Club – West Course to try and win this prestigious event. While the tournament beings Thursday, there was plenty of action on the course on Tuesday, with Spiderman star Tom Holland stealing the show with his talent.
The BMW PGA Championship is one of the biggest events on the European Tour calendar. Furthermore, a lot of celebrities come down to participate in the pro-am event every year, and Tom Holland was seen enjoying his time at the Wentworth Club on Tuesday.

Tom Holland is one of the many celebrities taking part in the pro-am tournament at BMW PGA Championship 2021. The 25-year-old actor is absolutely elated to be competing in the event and was seen practicing his shots on Tuesday.
The European Tour recently unveiled a video where Holland could be seen launching a monster drive into the fairway. Holland makes a sweet connection with the ball and it was revealed in the comments section that he sent the ball flying for 310 yards!

Holland casually sent the ball flying for 310 yards and grabbed a pint of beer to celebrate! “I can’t wait to play in the BMW PGA Championship Celebrity Pro-Am – I’ve heard it’s an amazing event,” said Holland, who will be teaming up with his brother Harry, for the pro-am.
“Thousands of fans turn up to watch so I’m sure there’ll be a few nerves teeing it up on the 1st. I’ve been practicing shouting ‘Fore!’. . On a serious note, what a fantastic opportunity; to play at Wentworth alongside some of the best golfers in the world,” the 25-year-old added.

Who is the defending champion of the BMW PGA Championship?
The 2020 BMW PGA Championship was held at the same venue, and Tyrrell Hatton won it after four rounds of exciting golf. Hatton shot -19 thru 72 holes, and there was nobody who could match his score.

Victor Perez finished second with -15, while Patrick Reed settled for third by shooting 14-under-par in four rounds.
