“This Game Looks Better and Better Each Time I See It” New Survival Action Game Redfall Announces the Release Date With a Promising Trailer

2023 is surely action-packed for gaming enthusiasts. Several talented studios will release a spectrum of genres this year to cater to a wide variety of gamers out there. Among these games is Redfall. The brand-new adventure is brought to players by none other than Arkane. The very studio that is the mastermind behind epics like Dishonored and Prey. Now the trailer for Redfall is out, and it looks promising.

Arkane Austin earned rave reviews from the gaming community for how they handled Prey and Dishonored. The latter is still considered one of the most unique games out there. So, the news of them being a part of a dream project that includes multiplayer options will garner attention. Redfall will be an open-world game that offers both single-player and multiplayer modes. The premise captured the attention of the fandom. The game is set in the fictional town of Redfall, in Massachusetts, USA. After an experiment gravely goes wrong, a legion of vampires asserts dominance in the city.

These ruthless creatures trapped civilians in the city by cutting off outside communication. Moreover, the sly vampires blocked the projection of sunlight into Redfall so that their strength won’t plummet during the day. The protagonists have to fight through these heinous antagonists and humans alike in this action-packed survival game.

The players can choose between four characters who offer unique abilities to battle against the vile villains.

The four characters

Devinder Crousley- He is a cryptozoologist and even a talented inventor. He has created weapons through his own creativity and skills, which you can utilize in combat.

Layla Ellison– A bio-medical engineering student who has the ability of telekinesis after experiencing an event that went wrong at the research facility where she interned at.

Remi De La Rosa– The veteran combat engineer who is accompanied by her robot Bribon. Her sole mission now is to help the survivors of Redfall.

Jacob Boyer– An ex-military personnel known for his sharpshooting skills. He turned into a private contractor later and is gifted/cursed with a Vampiric eye and a spectral raven that never leaves his side.

The game will be released on May 2, 2023.
