The 9-episodes long series is expected to last around an hour each. HBO Max is not planning to release the entire season all at once, like many popular series. Instead, it would be a weekly release. Ultimately, the season will premiere in mid-January and is expected to last till mid-March if there are no complications that come in between.
The series has brought in great actors like Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey to portray the iconic Joel and Ellie. With the oversight of the fabulous Craig Mazin, (famously known for Scary Movie and Chornobyl), the show is sure to be an exciting one.
