Nintendo Switch exclusive The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has been proving ever since its launch that it’s not only a mere expansion of its prequel. Fans cannot stop finding new and exciting details in this expansive sequel to 2017’s Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
It appears the developers deliberately went out of their way to make sure fans noticed how different this game is. From new abilities to an expanded, exciting new game world, Tears of the Kingdom has everything. But there’s something that fans cannot even stop talking about!

Tears of the Kingdom is a world where anything can happen and players can find unusual things out of the blue. This can happen time and time again and would surprise the players in this game. From a chance discovery of a never-before-seen boss to stumbling upon an unexpected side quest, there is no shortage of things to do here.
But one of them stands out the most, imagine taking a walk in the land of Hyrule. While taking this walk, players meet a random NPC. This person is going about their business, but if the player decides to talk to them, they might find a pleasant surprise.

This NPC would offer to tell them about a piece of Misko’s treasure. They would not do so straight away, though; it would always come in the form of a quest. A quest that would lead players to a piece of armor. Multiple quests lead them to multiple pieces until they are complete.
An exciting prospect indeed, but what makes it so unique? This quest, if done without cheating, pushes players to find and interact with every new NPC they see. Sometimes they would get a clue, other times they would get a quest, but everything would lead to a piece of treasure.

For those unaware, Misko was a legendary bandit in the world of Hyrule. He hid most of his loot around Hyrule, and it has become something of a legend in these lands. This is very much like those random encounters players got in GTA 4, Red Dead Redemption, and GTA V. This is the kind of thing that makes games worth going back to. A sense of scale and a sense of adventure at every step.
