Furthermore, they can be found at the sight of several stables across Hyrule: Woodland Stable in the Northeast, Dueling Peaks Stable in the Southeast, Outskirt Stable in the Southwest, and Snowfield Stable in the Northwest.

Once you encounter a Great Fairy Mountain, you will realize that the mechanics to unlock them have changed from BOTW. Interestingly, the Great Fairies will not reveal themselves until they hear some wonderful music. How to Unlock Great Fairy Fountains

After becoming a reporter, players need to head to the Woodland Stable located across the large river Northeast from Hyrule Castle. Replacing their wheels with Ultrahand will not be a challenging task for users; however, towing the carriage puts them to the test. They would need the Towing Harness Key Item, which can be unlocked with 3 Pony Points from any stable.

Once unlocked, speak to the front desk when taking out a horse to customize it with the Towing Harness. Next, players need to align the horse with the cart and drag the carriage over to the harness. After getting fused, players would be tasked to guide them the way to Great Fairies.

This will help users to unlock the first of four Great Fairies and helps in upgrading armor in exchange for a small sum of rupees and a few ingredients. Moreover, if users plan to upgrade the armor a second time, they would need to unlock another of the Great Fairies. The process to unlock the remaining Great Fairies will be the same as the first one.
