The franchise announced the re-development of some classics, giving their life-long fans a chance to play their favorites. Their biggest release, Dead Space, has been scheduled for Jan 2023, a game that fans have anticipated for years.
The title came out in 2008 and picked up pace right from the start, allowing EA to mint enough money. It was one of the best horror games of its time, giving a real-life experience to users. Looking at this, EA decided to relaunch the game with a much more improved storyline, graphics, new in-game cosmetics, and many more!

It is no secret that Dead Space has one of the biggest communities, thanks to its hype. So, EA decided to play around with them, adding sneaky updates before the final release. They dropped a half cryptic on Twitter, letting fans carve the other half until the official release. Not quite how EA teases their games, right?

The year 2008 was an epic time for horror game fans as EA dropped one of the top-grossing games of the year. They enthralled fans with a horror survival game, Dead Space, which bagged multiple awards. Plus, fans adored the game, as it was way ahead of time.
But that does not mean that it did not have an expiry date, as the community called quits a few years later. So, to gift back the community favorite, EA announced a remake for their critically acclaimed game.

Dead Space was released in October 2008, exactly 14 years back in time. So, their official Twitter account uploaded a tweet saying, “It’s October. You know what that means…” They just made a witty move as video games have now become a special part of our lives, and to cherish the ones we played in our childhood was nothing but a gold mine.
It was just a matter of minutes before fans bombarded their post in support. While some requested to give early access or open pre-orders, others were just happy to be in the moment. Here’s what they had to say.

With that being said, EA will release the Dead Space Remake on January 27, 2023. It will feature the same developer, Motive Studio, and will release on multiple platforms. So, it looks like it might be safe to say that January is the new spooky season!
