MrBeast was hyping up his latest video for a while. He promised that the video would be something that he has never done in the past. And he sure did fulfill his promise. Instead of giving people money through challenges, or doing some insane things with his friends, Jimmy had a different plan.
He gave vision to 1000 people who were blind. This surely was an exploration of his philanthropic side, and the gesture was loved by many. But interestingly there was a comment that became quite the debate regarding this latest video of MrBeast.

Jimmy Donaldson had hyped up his latest video through his social handles. Fans even speculated that a video with the multi-billionaire Elon Musk was under cards. Especially after both were seen changing their Twitter profiles in a similar fashion. But to everyone’s surprise, MrBeast’s latest video was not with Musk. Rather, it was a heart-touching video of him helping a thousand people get vision.
This video gave people an insight into the philanthropic side of the millionaire. And it was well received by the online community. The video amassed a whopping 43 million views in just a single day! But, what caught the attention of many was a comment that was made on Twitter.
A Twitter handle called “LolOverruled’ was mentioning that they felt the generous gesture by Jimmy seemed rather ‘demonic’. Though he tried to explain his intention to the fans, it was not a satisfactory one for the community. Many people, including popular internet celebrities like AverageJonas, came to call out this post by the Twitter user.
Twitter is furious by the user’s comment
The community was seen criticizing the LolOverruled account for complaining about MrBeast’s video. People were talking about Jimmy’s act being a generous one, and instead of appreciating it, many people are trying to make it into something negative.
A Rich YouTuber with loads more money then he will ever need actually gives back in all his videos and people still find a way to complain 🥲

Some were talking about the fact that MrBeast did something like this and it has changed the lives of all those people who got their vision back. People were stating that it was absolutely okay to make videos about doing something like this because these videos are what enables MrBeast to do something like this in the first place.
How can you use the word "demonic" over the fact that someone just changed 1000 people's lives (and their families). Yes he is making content out of it but if I was blind and someone says "hey do u wanna participate in this show and get ur vision back for free" WHO WOULDN'T ?

People were appreciating the deeds done by MrBeast. But there were some who were finding the videos made by the YouTube king to be ‘cringe’. They were vocal about them, while the above-mentioned user was getting boiled by the comments he made.
Now 1000 people can cringe at his videos.

All these aside, these criticisms will surely not be a hurdle to Jimmy and his team. They will surely continue their sensational run on YouTube for a long time.
