Twitch revised its guidelines regarding gambling on the platform in 2022. The firm, which is owned by Amazon, announced in a platform upgrade that it will no longer allow users to play roulette and other kinds of gambling. With a few exceptions, this indicates that nobody will be able to transmit this material. A law that went into effect on October 18.

Although xQc and Trainwrecks have criticized Twitch for allegedly being lax in upholding its regulations, Twitch is yet to respond to these criticisms.
