The famous Nintendo game, Super Mario, is also getting a movie adaptation, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which will release on April 7, 2023. Recently, a Mario fan shared pictures of the characters from the movie.

The well-known American burger brand McDonald’s is famous for offering awesome toys as part of their Happy Meals for kids. This month, they are giving Super Mario toys with the Happy Meal to promote the upcoming Nintendo movie. Moreover, the meal box features the characters from the upcoming film.

A Redditor named VinVinMario recently shared characters from the upcoming Super Mario, which featured on McDonald’s Happy Meal. The box features the main antagonist of “The Super Mario Bros. Movie”, Bowser. It also featured his minions, like Piranha Plants, Koopa Troop, Goomba, and Chain Chomp.

The box also featured original characters from upcoming movies like King Penguin and Penguin Soldier. Princess Peach also features on the McDonald’s Meal Box, and that too in her white and pink biker outfit. The last character VinVin Mario shared on Reddit was the iconic Nintendo character Donkey Kong.

How did fans react to the characters from the movie?

The Nintendo fans appreciated the character designs from these iconic characters for the upcoming movie. They especially praised the appearance of Piranha Plants and Chain Chomp. They believe the shine on the latter makes it believable that it’s made of metal. Meanwhile, the fans claimed the Piranha Plant also looks terrifying with its long stems.
