Twitch is considered the giant in the streaming biz. They have thousands of streamers and millions of viewers which have bolted their position at the number one spot. Moreover, to commemorate its success and expand its horizon, Twitch does a special event called TwitchCon, where the partnered talents and fans meet. This semi-annual convention is quite popular, and now to rival this massive get-together Kick is bringing their own event.

According to the latest post on Kick’s Twitter handle, the streaming platform is ready to flag off its own convention called KickCon. The social page shared a ticket prototype through their handle, indicating the arrival of a massive event. This would be the first major convention since the launch of the platform last year. Thus, a lot of hype is oriented around it.

From the looks of it, KickCon would be conducted in Las Vegas, though the date is yet to be revealed. We can expect Kick partners like Adin Ross, Corinna Kopf, Hikaru Nakamura, Trainwreckstv, and others to attend the convention.

More details can be expected from the platform in the coming days. It would be interesting if Kick would rival Twitch on that front also. That is, TwitchCon Paris is scheduled for July 8-9, and North America TwitchCon between October 20-22, 2023. The latter is also happening in Las Vegas, Nevada. So, if Kick places their convention during this time, it would pose a threat to Twitch.

Fans are ready to kick things off in style

The announcement came as a piece of gratifying news for the Kick fans. They were seen in celebratory energy under the comments section. It seems that the fans are eager to meet their favorite streamers at the convention.
