The Twitch streamer recently made an unexpected revelation on his Minecraft stream. He alleged that organizers denied certain people entry into tournaments just because they were affiliated with him. This has sparked worries about the possibility of unjust treatment in gaming.

When xQc was recruited into the Overwatch League (OWL), he was just 22 years old. OWL suspended him in the second week of the competition for insulting an opposite team member. Following this suspension, his team, the Dallas Fuel, decided to remove him too. This toxic behavior is common in Overwatch and most multiplayer games. xQc had earned a reputation for it, particularly on his own live broadcasts, where thousands of admirers cheered him on.

But the former OWL player believed his actions were improper. “I sort of became a representative by getting myself into something that was much more serious or big than I could understand,” xQc lamented.
