Xbox is planning something huge, and fans might get to experience what they’re planning very soon. They have provided updates to some of their classic titles ahead of the company’s 20th anniversary. The American gaming giant is on the verge of celebrating a momentous occasion, as the company prepares to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

The studio has planned to celebrate the occasion with the fanbase, and an elaborate livestream is going to take place fairly soon. This event will take place on November 15 at 10:00 am PT/ 1:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. GMT.

Not much information has been shared about the massive event or about what it could bring.

Great things are in store for Xbox fans

According to a recent report by VGC, the studio is working on something big. Data files of classic titles like Dead Space, Dead Space 3, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Fable Anniversary, Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age 2, Fable 3, Fall Out 3, and Fall Out New Vegas have received an undisclosed update. One particular fan has shared a Twitter post, suggesting Halo Infinite’s multiplayer could drop way sooner than was expected.

The updates could more or less be next-gen upgrades for the titles to improve their performance in terms of backward compatibility. It remains unclear what the purpose of the updates actually is.

Moreover, the studio has also shared some details about the live event and how fans can tune into it. The gaming firm promised that it will be a fun event that the hardcore fanbase can enjoy while clarifying that new games will be announced as well.

“We invite you to join us on Nov. 15 to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Xbox and Halo with a fun, digital broadcast for fans around the globe. While we won’t announce any new games, this anniversary broadcast will be a special look back at 20 years of Xbox. We’ll share more details soon, so stay tuned.”
