Microsoft has eventually decided to bust down all the rumors, concerns, and doubts over its proposed acquisition of Call of Duty publisher, Activision Blizzard. The new webpage from Xbox details all the benefits that the players, creators, and the entire gaming industry will receive, according to Microsoft, after the acquisition of the Call of Duty publisher.

Speaking of the webpage itself, then it mentions that Microsoft considers the players and developers “at the center of Xbox. We want to enable people to play games anywhere, anytime and on any device.” Moreover, they mentioned specific reasons why the “acquisition of Activision-Blizzard fits” into their “gaming strategy.”

The page also includes the interview of CEO, Satya Nadella, and statements from Xbox boss, Phil Spencer, and Vice Chairman, Brad Smith, respectively, thereby providing a sense of assurity. But most importantly, there are details revealed for how the deal between the Call of Duty publisher and Microsoft will be beneficial to everyone involved with gaming.
