The dislikes are mostly symbolic of a common opinion fans have about the bankability of a project. According to the buzz on the web, fans are disappointed with the fact that the Remaster doesn’t have much to offer. Also, the fact that TLOU Part 2 is currently available for PS5 due to backward compatibility, the PlayStation owners expected more value addition to the Remaster.
The unwanted record achieved by the Naughty Dog remake certainly was enough to invite a lot of interesting fan reactions from all around.

A user believes the hate might not be justified as although the project doesn’t offer much in the upgrade but still the price could’ve been a lot more.

A fan breaks down the reason for the heat and calls out Sony for overusing the Remaster formula.
