As reported by Screenrant, Microsoft revealed a stunning crossover of its Xbox with the Netflix series. It was done in order to celebrate the anticipated launch of the fourth season on the streaming platform.
In order to impress the gaming fans, Microsoft designed a custom Series S and controller based on Stranger Things.
As you can see above, the console looks like a cassette player from the period of ’80s. That’s because the events of the horror series also take place in this exact timeline. So it makes total sense to come up with such a concept.
Many Stranger Things lovers already know the fact that the show takes a lot of inspiration from the ’80s pop culture. It can be witnessed in all the seasons released before the fourth installment’s arrival. Hence, Microsoft also presented its custom Xbox, along with the controller, in a similar manner. It’s officially called the Upside Down Xbox Series S.
