Xbox on October 21st announced about releasing alternatives for Series X and S expandable storage. The console brand has collaborated with Seagate to produce a cheaper and expensive alternative alongside the already available 1TB expansion card. The storages will be 512GB and 2TB each.

Xbox announce a collaboration with Seagate to produce storage expansion cards
Previously, Xbox had announced their collaboration with Seagate in 2020 to produce 1TB expansion cards for their next-gen consoles. Xbox aims to let their players enjoy a seamless amount of storage to accommodate the huge library of games available through Game Pass and backwards compatibility. One year later, they launch two new series of expansion cards, each being 512 GB and 2TB. Xbox boasts its Velocity Architecture that has NVME SSD and USB 3.1 storage to allow players to access their next-gen games.
These expansion cards will allow players to expand their NVME SSD storage to accommodate more games. Microsoft promises consistent and sustained performance using its storage options to allow seamless gaming.

The Seagate 512GB expansion card for the next-gen consoles will be available for pre-order from Walmart for $139.99. It will be launched mid-week November. The 2TB Card will be available for pre-order from November and will cost $399.99. It will be launched in December.
While Xbox is doing its best to improve its user experience, issues with restocks have been persistent and scalpers have got hold of Xbox’s latest accessory as well.

Scalpers target Xbox Mini Fridge
Microsoft has launched a mini-fridge whose design is inspired by the Xbox Series X console. However, scalpers have started targeting this accessory as well and are listing on eBay for a price triple the retail. The mini-fridge launched pre-orders on October 19 and is available for 89.99 Pounds. Scalpers putting it up for listing have rated the fridge at a cost of 279.99 Pounds.
Xbox Series X|S restocks seem quite dull as well and are getting over really quick. Just a few days back, Xbox released a surprise restock of its limited-edition Halo Themed Series X console on their website. It is available in the US for $549.99. Players will also get a digital version of the game along with it.
