If dream collaborations is an art, MrBeast is the Picasso of it. Over the past few months, we have been subjected to the most gigantic of collaborations and meet-ups. However, the iconic YouTube King X DC Universe’s Black Adam meet-up remains a fan favorite. Well, it received a stamp of approval at the Streamy Awards 2023.

The YouTuber had met the WWE star during a promotional event in 2022. The entertaining cameo in the MrBeast YouTube short involved a battle between the creator and the actor. While Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has dominated a lot of battles in his career, the YouTuber got the better of the former wrestler in an intense and entertaining clash.

The YouTube King was the only individual streamer to be nominated in five categories. With the impressive nominations list, the creator had already teased the influence he has had in recent times. The Best Collaboration award was the first of the two for MrBeast. The competition was fierce, ranging from The Big Man Chef Rush’s Protein Burrito to MKBHD’s explanation of quantum computers. Ultimately, it was Mr. Beast who came out on top.

The meet-up or a rather interesting rock paper scissors battle, the actor’s prowess in the game left the YouTuber astounded. There was a lot at stake, so the rush of adrenaline was at its greatest. Before the heated conflict began, both combatants agreed to contribute $100,000 to any charity in the event of a loss. No surprises, a lot of fans from the community had their bids already set on this particular collaboration. A similar prediction was made by the team of EssentiallySports as well.

Winning the collaboration award was huge, but not the only award he took home.

And the winner of Creator of the Year goes to…

MrBeast! That’s right. The YouTube king took home two awards! He bagged the Creator of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year. No other creator has come close to the incredible popularity of the creator between the years 2020 and the current one. Although MrBeast would have preferred any other creator to have the title for this year, fans and the jury begged to differ.
It goes without saying that over the years; the YouTuber has evolved as a brand. Considering the plans he has for the next phase of his career, the only direction his popularity and success can head in is upwards.
