WWE 2K22 has announced a new collaboration, and it includes none other than the hip-hop star and icon Colson ‘Machine Gun Kelly’ Baker. The rapper will appear as one of the playable characters in the game, along with some of his songs appearing on the official tracklist of the game. The rapper has also been announced as the producer of the game’s soundtrack. Have a look at the soundtrack trailer of the game.

Machine Gun Kelly will appear as one of the playable characters in WWE 2K22

As noted from the above announcement trailer, MGK is coming in as one of the playable characters in the game. This comes along with the announcement of the rap icon being the producer of the game’s soundtrack. It is not known whether the character will be a free or paid extension, however, it will be introduced as a DLC sometime later in the game.

Besides this, MGK has curated 12 song lists in the soundtrack out of which two of them are his own songs. The list includes his songs Concert for Aliens and Body Bag. It also features an electric mix of songs like Weeknd’s Heartless, Motorhead’s Iron Fist, and Wu-Tang Clan’s Protect Ya Neck. Have a look at the list of soundtracks right here.

It seems like MGK will also appear in some of the promotional videos for WWE 2K as well.

All things concerned, WWE 2K22’s returning MyGM Mode, which will enable players to construct their own roster of superstars and administer weekly shows like a genuine WWE executive, has been given a closer look by 2K. Furthermore, the annual WWE 2K Showcase mode will be centered on the famous Rey Mysterio, who recently expressed his delight at being picked as the cover wrestler for WWE 2K22. He isn’t the only famous name representing WWE 2K22, with more to come.

WWE 2K is releasing March 11 for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
