Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is going to go live in the next few hours. Thanks to its early access content, players will be able to dive straight into the Campaign one week early. Now it’s obvious for players to expect a number of action-packed missions in MW3. Interestingly, they will be able to earn lucrative in-game rewards as well for completing them.
For the uninitiated, Modern Warfare 3 is a direct continuation of 2022’s Modern Warfare II. Taking place right after the events of its predecessor, it will carry forward the story of Task Force 141 members. Ahead of its global launch, players can get well-versed with the actual Campaign itself in order to prepare for more action in the coming weeks.

Before starting the Campaign, players need to select a difficulty level: Recruit, Regular, Hardened, or Veteran. Players can later change the difficulty during any point in the game’s story.
Speaking of the single-player mode, there are 14 main Campaign missions in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. What’s interesting to note is that finishing each of them will enable the players to win a special reward.

- Deep Cover: 30 mins of XP Token and 30 mins of Weapon XP Token

- Crash Site: Operator named “Pathfinder”
- Flashpoint: Calling Card “Toxic Drip”
- Oligarch: 1 hour of Double Player XP Token and 1 hour of Double Weapon XP Token
- Highrise: Operator named “Doc”
- Frozen Tundra: Calling Card “Skull Rhapsody”
- Gora Dam: 1 hour of Double Player XP Token and 1 hour of Double Weapon XP Token

What to expect from Modern Warfare 3 beyond the Campaign?
While the single-player mode is going to be highly engaging, devs have got even more surprises in store for the fans. Following the global debut of Modern Warfare 3 next week, they will witness tons of content. Firstly, there’s the Multiplayer setup, having an improved overall online FPS experience.

Thanks to the return of movement mechanics like slide cancelling and reload cancelling, players will surely have a great time. They will also get to revisit 16 remastered maps from 2009’s MW2. To name a few, areas like Favela, Rust, Highrise, Derail, Afghan, and Scrapyard will be available for fans of the classic COD era.
Lastly, there’s also the open-world Zombies mode. For the first time, the undead will be seen in a Modern Warfare title. In this mode, players will have to either form teams together or go solo against massive zombie hordes. The map of Urzikstan will act as the main setting for this haunting mode.
