December has brought tremendous new content into the Fortnite Metaverse. Season 1 of Chapter 4 has established itself as a fun-filled experience for the Fortnite community. Now, as the holiday season is fast approaching, Fortnite has brought back its Christmas special event, ‘Winterfest’.

Winterfest is an event that players eagerly wait for, especially as the fest brings free cosmetics to commemorate the holiday season. This time also it is no different. Winterfest is bringing free goodies for the members of the metaverse community. Here is a detailed guide on what you can expect in each present at the event. This would assist you in forming a present opening order which you could follow during the fest.

Fortnite Winterfest: What to expect in these gifts

Winterfest 2022 began on December 13, 2022. The event is set to last for 14 days. During this time you can open gifts, play Winterfest quests, and do many more fun-filled holiday-themed activities. There are many gift boxes for us to unwrap this season.

• The yellow box with the cute green ribbon

After opening this gift box, you will receive ‘Har-Har-Har!’ Glider. It is a Christmas-themed glider with Santa’s face on top.

• Brown gift box

This small gift box contains ‘Season’s Guffings’. It is a holiday spray with which you can leave your Christmas marks in the meta world.

• The orange gift box

This present is something that most people would like to have. It is a new harvest tool cosmetic known as ‘ Sledgecracker’. Just crack up those rocks with this brand-new item.

• Purple present box

 No event of Fortnite is complete without a cool and unique emote. This box brings just that, after opening the gift box players will get the ‘Lil Prancer’ emote.

• The blue present box

This particular box includes the very new emoticon ‘Boom Bauble’, a colorful bomb.

• The red box

This one contains the surprise everyone waited for. A new red and white textured rare weapon skin called ‘Slushy Sneak’.

• Music Boxes

The red box with the disc sticking out and the violet one which is found on the right end side has music present in them. The red box contains ”Rip and Tear (2016)’ while the violet one holds the rare ‘ When The Wind Blows’.

• Skyblue Box

This particular present holds a rare contrail ‘Ribbon Trail’.

• Rectangular red and purple boxes

The purple rectangular gift box will give you an epic glider called ‘ Wintery Whirligig’ and the red rectangular box holds an epic weapon skin cosmetic called ‘Gringle Gift’.

• The Grey Box

This is the final gift that you can open for now. This box contains a unique back bling called ‘FA-LA-LA-LLAMA’.

There are two more boxes left in the Winterfest, but for now, players won’t be able to open them. But, the community can expect those boxes to have two new player skin lines. So, now as you know what to expect from these gift boxes, what will you open first?
