Currently, the 21-year-old is hosting a 30-day subathon called ‘Mafiathon,’ which has been extremely successful for the Twitch streamer. He recently reached 200,000 subscribers during the subathon.

But Cenat’s rise brings another question into everyone’s mind and that is, will he face a downfall too? Before Kai, there were many other famous streamers on the platform like Shroud and Ludwig, who saw a downfall in viewership after joining the 200,000 subscribers club. Another thing that can affect Kai Cenat’s growth is joining another platform. Many big-name streamers have switched platforms because of lucrative contracts or other reasons. But the transitions haven’t been that successful, as it is a tough job to shift a whole fandom from one platform to another. Like Ninja’s move to Mixer was a huge blow to his streaming career, which was possibly at its peak.

Another possible reason could be Cenat getting exhausted and wanting to spend time with family. This has been another common reason for many streamers and creators’ career trajectories to go down.
