Happy birthday “Animal Crossing Grandma“! It’s Audie’s (real name Audrey Buchanan) 90th birthday and there’s a lot to talk about. The woman known as the Animal Crossing Grandma turned 90 in 2022 and she was able to celebrate this special day with her grandson Paul. In an incredibly wholesome way, Grandma unboxed all her themed gifts, and it is one of the cutest videos on the internet today.

Audrey rose to great fame way back in 2019 when her grandson posted a picture of her 3D activity log on his official Twitter handle. The tweet was a great hit on multiple social media channels. Within a few hours, beloved Grandma was trending all over the internet and especially among Animal Crossing fans.

Other than this, the release of New Horizons also brought a special surprise for Audrey. One of the new characters released in the game was named after Audrey. A cute little wolf has been named Audie. Although the character doesn’t really share the exact name, it’s the name that Grandma uses for her character. So, fans choose to believe that the character has been named after her, anyway. What great timing, right?
