For those uninitiated, Shredder’s Revenge is a side-scrolling beat ’em up kind of game. Tribute Games is its developer while Dotemu is the publisher. It’s inspired by the animated series from 1987 while taking the style from the home and arcade console games by Konami during the period of the ’80s and ’90s.

Coming with a pixelated art style, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge offers a variety of characters to choose from. Players will have the option to take on the roles of Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael, April O’Neil, and Master Splinter.

When it comes to the opponents, then players will go against the likes of Foot Clan, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady, and Shredder. Moreover, the locations in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Shredder’s Revenge will shift from New York City sewers to Dimension X.

Speaking of its release then recently, a popular Twitter account, PlayStation Size, dropped major information about the title. Moreover, the account mentioned that it’s set to come out on June 16, 2022, according to the PlayStation database.

While the account has been quite accurate in the past with major leaks, the latest one should be taken with a grain of salt. It will be interesting to see how the development decides to ultimately launch the awaited game.
