The chart showcases actual figures of DICE’s audio team employees with their and date of joining and leaving as well as their current place of work. It also shows their total work experience in the industry.
In his tweet, Henderson also states, “Still going on this. Not finished yet, but…” and made public shocking numbers that shine a light on the possible reason behind Battlefield 2042’s miserable state. He reveals how 87% of the researched employees (500) joined DICE during or after the launch of the first title in the Battlefield franchise.
Surprisingly, 58% of the same demographic joined the company during the development stages of 2042. Possibly, meaning, most of the currently working employees have not had experience working on previous titles in the series.
