Call of Duty is one of the world’s most successful FPS game franchises. Because of the game’s success, fans have great expectations of the developers. Warzone 2.0 is one of the latest installments in the franchise, which has a divided fanbase. While some fans cannot stop praising the game, others cannot stop criticizing it.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 is a free-to-play FPS battle royale game and sequel to its 2020 predecessor. The game promises to offer the best multiplayer battle-royale experience. So, the game’s developers- Infinity Ward and Raven Software, came up with many fascinating features. One of those features is the famous ‘Nuke,’ but getting one is of the toughest challenges in this game.

It doesn’t need much explanation about what ‘Nuke’ is, as everyone knows it is a nuclear attack. So, it is undoubtedly the most-deadliest attack in the game. It won’t be wrong to say that if someone gets a successful Nuke, then that player or squad will win the match. After all, this attack affects the whole area, meaning everyone dies.
Warzone 2.0’s Nuke is quite similar to the ‘Tactical Nuke’ in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. But the requirements to unlock both these attacks are quite different. Players get access to a Tactical Nuke after a 30 killstreak. But in Warzone 2.0, players need to do a lot more than kill 30 enemies to get the Nuke, making it harder to get one in this game.
Why is getting a Nuke is so hard in Warzone 2.0?
The players need to meet various requirements in Warzone 2.0 to get access to the Nuke. The first step is for the players to win five consecutive battle royale matches. After this first step, a Champion Quest gets unlocked on the map during the sixth match. Now comes the tough part, as players need to collect the three important elements-Beryllium, Plutonium, and Tritium, to build the nuke.

However, collecting the three important elements is a challenge in itself. Beryllium reveals the location of the player carrying it, Plutonium eats away the player’s health, and Tritium affects the mini-map and radar. Then players need to carry these elements with all the risk on their shoulders to the marked location on the map. Then players need to assemble the bomb at that location.
Now the job isn’t done after building the Nuke, as a two-minute timer starts ticking with every player on the map trying to prevent it. So the players need an arsenal full of heavy weaponry to take care of every player on the map trying to prevent it. After two minutes, the player who planted the Nuke takes home the victory.
