On March 10th, which was Mario Day as well, Universal Studios Hollywood revealed that the theme park will arrive in the US. So far, it has won over the fans in the Japanese region where the popularity of Nintendo is ever increasing.
For those uninitiated, Nintendo’s theme park offers an adventurous experience to visitors. It gives them a feeling of being in the Mushroom Kingdom when they enter the theme park. And now, all its exciting features will surely impress the visitors when they come to its newer version in the US.
There’s a reason why the upcoming Super Nintendo World will end up impressing the people of America. That’s because of the growing fame of the developer and publisher’s popular IPs, especially Mario; this single character has stretched its legs outside Japan in the past few years and has become a pop culture icon.
Now that Mario will make an appearance via the theme park, in the US, it’s likely to happen that die-hard fans will come in record numbers for all the amusements.

But there is only one roadblock that may prevent the upcoming Super Nintendo World from turning into a success. And that’s Covid. In case there happens to be a spike in the cases in the coming months, there might be the need for another lockdown. And if that happens, then going out may become a rare occasion, once again.
Fortunately, at the moment, that’s not the case. And hopefully, everything will stay normal going forward. An official inauguration date is yet to be revealed.
