It has claimed that Season 6 is coming on September 27, 2023 at 9am PT, 11am CT, 12pm EST. The date makes sense as well given the fact that Season 5 Reloaded will end on the same day.

Speaking of Warzone battle royale, it’s rumored to receive a Haunting event. Considering that Modern Warfare III will have Zombies, Season 6’s leaked event will also feature cosmetics inspired by the undead. Below is the list of everything expected for this Halloween-themed event:
- Playable Lilith and Butcher Operators from Diablo 4 series
- A Hell Train will replace the regular train in Warzone
- Zombies in Multiplayer & Ghosts in Warzone; there will be separate Playlists for the two
- 4 Licensed Operators as part of purchasable bundles
- A Mummy boss connected to Treyarch Zombies
- Seasonal challenge event filled with spooky rewards
- Operators Calisto, Kleo and Fender will get Halloween-themed skins
