How does the YouTuber recognize and tackle a comparatively low-performing video?
The 100 million subscribed YouTuber has done amazing feats on the platform. And some of his videos are recognized as legendary ones by the community, such as the recreation of the popular Netflix series Squid Games. And while he gets huge numbers of views, he seems to have an understanding of a comparatively “flop” video.
Recently, the YouTuber appeared on the Full Send podcast. There, he was asked a question by the co-hosts about what he considered a “flop.” MrBeast replied, “Well, I don’t really think of the things in terms of flops, but I guess if it got under like 40 or 50 million views I’d be a little sad.”
Furthermore, he reflected on his mindset and a change in the approach that he adopted. He explained that he adopted an objective approach, wherein he analyzed the aspects of a video that is not performing up to the mark. Unlike before, when he used to get emotionally affected, as he said, and goes on to admit that such an approach has helped him keep his mental health good.
