BlackCell explained in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2
Going by the official description given by the devs, it will be “a brand-new Battle Pass Offering launching in Season 03, which is set to replace the current Battle Pass Bundle.” In other words, it can be called a shortcut to unlock Battle Pass tiers in advance.
While the regular Battle Pass will still be available for 1,100 COD Points ($9.99), players will get the option to access the BlackCell, instead of the BP Bundle, for a cost of $29.99. This means that Call of Duty Modern Warfare II users will get more value for the amount they spend on this new addition.
Apart from getting 7,000 COD Points, players will also receive tons of extra benefits. This is what they will get with the purchase of this content in Season 3:
- Access to the full Season 03 Battle Pass and 20 Tier Skips (25 on PlayStation®).
- 1,100 COD Points instantly awarded.
- Up to 1,400 COD Points are awarded throughout the Battle Pass.
- A BlackCell Operator, attired in an imposing animated Camo skin.
- A Pro-Tuned Weapon Blueprint, Vehicle Skin, and Finishing Move.
- An exclusive BlackCell Sector within the Battle Pass AO serves as an alternative starting location.
- Immediate unlocking of adjacent Battle Pass Sectors to the BlackCell Sector.
- Additional, BlackCell-only Battle Pass content: Every Season 03 Battle Pass Sector with an Operator Skin has a BlackCell variant (12 Skins in total) to unlock.
