The scorecard itself showcases how thrilling an encounter the Sidemen Charity Match 2023 was. In this highly anticipated event, Sidemen FC came out victorious against YouTube All Stars with a scoreline of 8-5, repeating their previous year’s dominance.

The 13-goal spree started with Behzinga’s opener. But the lead for the Sidemen was short-lived as ChrisMD equalized with a brilliant goal. After a quick headstart to the match, it seemed a little bit slowed down as the second goal for the Sidemen came in at 45 minutes by Miniminter, which broke the deadlock. Once again, the lead was short-lived, and as a quick reply to Miniminter’s goal, Chunkz equalized with a deflection just before the end of the first half.

The game was evenly poised at halftime, but what followed was a pure goal spree. The second half of the show started with a spectacular hat-trick by Manny for the hosts, with Fosh and TBJZL netting for their respective teams in between. In this goal havoc, Speed decided to join too but missed the all-important penalty, which would have decreased the lead for the Sidemen. And guess who saved it? Yes, none other than KSI. But his pleasure didn’t last long as KSI netted a goal too, but in his own net.

The game was slowly falling out of the hands of the YouTube All Stars, and the goal from Wroetoshaw almost confirmed that. Niko’s goal in the 86th minute gave fans some hope, but the Tareqs easy tap-in at the additional time put the last nail in the red coffin.

A sold-out London Stadium saw this year’s extravagant charity event raise more than $3 million for charities such as Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), Teenage Cancer Trust, and Ray of Sunshine.

Not only breaking the charity collection record, this match has also broken the viewership record of the past year as well. The Sidemen Charity Match 2023 was watched live by 2,562,949 viewers. This is a record for the most viewers in a single live stream on YouTube.
