The absence of a co-op campaign feature in Halo Infinite is getting trolled on multiple social media platforms. All thanks to a savage tweet from the highly popular fast-food chain Wendy’s.
Recently, the famous food chain Wendy’s publically rips apart Halo Infinite on their official Twitter handle on the occasion of National Roast Day. Wendy’s originally posted a tweet celebrating Roast Day, asking other Twitter users to comment “roast me” to get a special roast on this special day.
Wendy’s wrote: “It’s #NationalRoastDay. Drop the ‘roast me’ below.

To which Xbox replied, “Fine. Let’s do this.”
After getting the green signal, Wendy’s very smartly responded, “Wanna co-op this new Halo campaign? #NationalRoastDay.” No doubt, the roast was on point, especially when you consider the fact that the majority of players are pretty upset with this missing feature.

Halo Infinite: Wendy’s roasts game’s lack of campaign co-op
No doubt, the Twitter thread concerning Wendy’s and Xbox is trending currently. Players are really enjoying the sarcastic battle between these two companies. At the time of writing, the tweet Wendy’s made in response to Xbox’s comment has nearly 500 retweets and over 8,500 likes.

This is definitely like a wake-up call for Xbox to do something regarding this matter. Hopefully, Wendy’s witty response will motivate Xbox and Halo Infinite to introduce a Co-Op campaign soon.
The official release date of the campaign co-op is still a mystery. However, according to numerous leaks and rumors, it is expected to release in May 2022, around the time the 2nd season is expected to begin.
It seems like players may have to wait a bit longer to play the campaign along with their gaming buddies. On the same note, some players are also complaining that the lack of co-op discourages players a lot from keeping at the game in the long-run.
