Zelda has been part of the gaming ecosystem forever, and it is Nintendo’s biggest and most profitable franchise. The studio has, in the past 3 decades, produced 17 fantastic iterations. And Nintendo recently shared a piece of fantastic news about bringing back the legendary Zelda: Majora’s Mask title to Switch Online service.
The title will be added to the newly devised expansion pack that offers many classic titles. This news has excited the fans and has definitely given them more reasons to invest in the new expansion pack.

Hardy Boys teamed with the studio to promote the Zelda title
Back in the early days of 2000, Hardy boys had made a name for themselves with their impressive high-flying moves. Following the latest announcement, fans have dug out a classic trailer of Nintendo where the publisher teamed up with WWE’s Hardy Boys. The original trailer for Majora’s mask contained epic moments with high-flying legend, Jeff Hardy showing off his signature Swanton Bomb.

Nintendo is still trying to make amends for the costly expansion pack
Nintendo is desperately trying to change the outlook of the expansion pack and how the community originally perceived it. Gamers were quite excited about having more legacy games brought back with the addition of new consoles in Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis to the Switch. The studio also offered Animal Crossing New Horizon’s Happy Homes DLC into the mix, but it still wasn’t enough to win over the community.

The massive increment in the price of the new pack, as compared to the base value, has definitely displeased some fans. The announcement of this new expansion faced the community’s ire with a lot of fans taking to the comments section of the video to express their feelings.
