In fact, recently, he displayed extreme diligence towards keeping the promise he made to his fans in a charity stream.

Although he failed to deliver the exact stunt, his trying to keep a promise attracted several praises from his viewers. In fact, his charity stream for United Way, an international network of non-profit fundraising affiliates, turned out to be a huge success.

Post Malone attempts a hard physical stunt on stream

As it happens, Post Malone promised his viewers that he will attempt to do a back flip if the donations reach $50,000. Little did he know that a back flip from him could do wonders!

Following his announcement, Post Malone’s charity counter was soon notified to have reached its goal of $50,000. And, Post Malone also had a promise to keep. At first, the musician hesitated, saying that he had only mentioned that he will make a promise. But, he eventually folded in the most humble way possible!

“I said that I would say I’ll attempt a backflip…This floor is mad hard in here y’all. … alright, alright.” he said before he stood up and moved to find a space away from his setup. And, at last, fans got to witness the iconic music star struggle to do a backflip, in the most hilarious way possible! You can watch the clip here.

After performing the stunt, Post Malone returned to his chair and asked fans whether he could do it. “Did I do it? Was it close? Did it look crazy on stream at least? … honestly that was kinda crazy.” he asked, as his audience had a good laugh on chat.

Although he couldn’t perform a perfect back flip, Post Malone did keep the promise he made to his fans. His attitude towards a promise, in itself, shows how important the charity and his fans are to him.

Post Malone’s attempt at 4 charity streams

Post Malone was promoting a total of 4 charities in a series of Twitch streams. The above was for United Way, and he also hosted streams for 3 more organizations, including The Trevor Project, Human Rights Watch, and Project Hope. All 4 of them surpassed their original goals. The last stream was for The Trevor Project, which concluded yesterday and raised a whopping $76,026!
