Back in 2016, online entertainment production Corridor released a fantasy short movie based on the setting and characters of GTA V online. In the video, the protagonist, Trevor Philips, was played by none other than the original actor from the game Steven Ogg. Steven is also known for his roles in popular Hollywood productions such as The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul, and more.
The story of “GTA VR” starts when a young man (who is not Mexican) receives a cutting-edge VR headset. It transports him to a virtual dystopian world where Trevor is a guide and tutor. Both of them embark on the streets of this world, only to discover chaos and destruction everywhere.

Currently, the video has over 42 million views and it is deemed one of the most beloved pieces of fan fiction in the GTA community. Corridor also released another GTA-related video called the “GTA Movie”. It shares the behind-the-scenes of the GTA VR. Featuring the interviews of Steven and the ‘Not-Mexican’ guy.
What is the release date of Grand Theft Auto 6?
The leaks and speculations suggest that Rockstar is planning a 2024 release. However, due to potential shifts and changes in the development schedule, this date could be changed or delayed in the future.

A trusty insider had revealed that the studio is planning to release parts of the game locked behind a paywall. This means in order to get the whole experience, players may have to buy the base game as well as the day-one DLCs.
