Many fans might remember how Logan Paul had participated in a Slap Contest after learning about the underground ones taking place in Russia. Logan Paul has always been interested in martial arts and physical sports, and this move in 2019 wouldn’t have come as a surprise to many. As seen in the video, Logan tries to measure the intensity of hitting slaps with both hands and scores a really high score with both left and right hands.

Just a while later, Logan Paul receives a DM request from a Russian man named Vasiliy Khamotiskiy, who is a full-time farmer and also quite huge in the Russian Slap Contest circuit.

Logan Paul accepts the challenge as a new endeavor and prepares for the same. Let’s look back at how he did it back then and how it changed his life in a way.

Logan Paul admits about how one slap had changed his life

Logan Paul starts preparing for the upcoming challenge that he has taken up and starts by trying to take on some slaps. He asks the ‘weakest person’ in the room (which turns out to be his Maverick Media Editor) to slap him. As his editor slapped him, Logan appeared to be a bit bewildered and was amazed by the power that the slap contained.

He went on to prepare for his challenge by practicing regularly and working out on a regular basis. Logan contacts a person who goes by the username @SlapForCash in order to try his days of practice on someone real. When Logan asks, the person admits that he has knocked over 130 people with his slaps.

However, when both gear up for the slaps, Logan knocks the person out and feels immediate guilt and regret. The person says “What did you hit me with?” which shows how powerful the slap was.

The person seemed to have a memory loss right after the slap, and this affected Logan deeply. He says, “At first I was like, oh that’s dope, that’s like the point of what I’m trying to do with a knockout. But I just talked to him with Jake [Paul] and I feel horrible”. 

The team seemed really disheveled with this entire incident. Logan cancels his whole plan to go to the slapping contest in Russia. Everyone around him was happy with this decision.
