Comparing Xbox and Nintendo versions of Golden Eye 007

There is no narrative difference in both versions. It follows the linear story progression of the game. The first noticeable difference is not in the visuals per se, but in the features that both consoles offer. The Nintendo Version has the option for online Multiplayer. That is, the Nintendo Switch offers players a chance to play the game with friends, unlike Xbox. The Xbox version only has the split-screen multiplayer mode of gaming.

Another noticeable difference is that the snowy mountain texture looks sharper in the Nintendo compared to Xbox. It is because the ‘texture density’ is higher in the Nintendo Switch. The reason behind this is that the texture coordinates are scaled by a factor of 2-3. Thus, the mountains look more detailed compared to the Xbox version.
