Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is now available worldwide following its wide release. While most of the players are in awe of its multiplayer experience, a lot of them are having some trouble lately. It’s regarding the process of unlocking all the desirable weapon camos. But now, they need not worry anymore, thanks to a special method.

Modern Warfare 3 consists of new weapons that are solid in terms of offering impressive performance. Players are grinding them to reach the maximum progression level while scoring lethal kills. Then, there are multiple skins for all these new weapons. Obviously, they are now among the most wanted items in the game.

Don’t underestimate private matches in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

There are a total of four mastery camos in Modern Warfare 3. But apart from them, all the weapons have their own respective camos too. Now, it’s not an easy task to obtain them, given the tough challenges of the game. Compared to its predecessor, MWII, the latest installment features something known as Armory Unlocks. Due to the addition of this system, unlocking items has become a little tedious, to say the least.

However, players who keep searching for alternatives to tackle difficult procedures have now found a new way to unlock weapon camos. It looks like private matches in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 can eventually play a larger role in getting camos.

Popular streamer KingProdigy recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an important tip. He revealed that MW3 users can spend more on private matches in order to unlock weapon camos.

Now, this method will help those individuals who are struggling with double-kill or multi-kill challenges for various camos, including launchers. Instead of going through multiplayer matches where one has to score kills by eliminating human players, it can be done by simply going against bots in private matches.

KingProdigy mentioned that not all the challenges can be tracked and completed by entering private matches. But many of them, especially the ones including double-kill or multi-kill requirements to be fulfilled, can be tracked very easily.

Speaking more about weapon camos, there are quite a lot of them to be obtained. In total, there are 18 sets of different camos. Players can unlock them by either joining multiplayer modes or zombies.

To name a few, one can get Poison Frogs, Graphical, Topographic, Glittery Flats, Retro, Neapolitan, Under the Microscope, High Contrast, Wavelength, Two Tone Brushstrokes, Perfect Symmetry, Psychedelics, Blur, Bold, Butterfly, Puzzle, Skeletal, and Glitch Milspec. There are 12 additional completionist camos as well (including MWII weapons). But again, players can simply take the route of private matches in order to unlock the cosmetics.
