The Lachmann SMG is by far one of the most popular choices of weapon in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. A gun that is already strong as part of the current meta, the Lachmann Shroud is an upgrade to the gun.
If you came here expecting a difficult task in front of you, you might just be wrong. The first requirement is to complete four Sector E0 challenges. This means you also unlock the other two new weapons added as part of the season, the 9mm Demon and the Pickaxe. Following this, get 30 Operator Hipfire Kills while using an SMG. That is it. After doing these tasks, the Lachmann Shroud should be unlocked.
These challenges are the only thing that stands between you and the Lachmann Shroud. Part of the new season’s update, the Lachmann Shroud is a variant of the original weapon with an integrated suppressor. The Lachmann is already a pretty powerful choice when it comes to SMGs. It is part of the current meta. Moreover, the Lachmann is one of the few guns that gives the ISO 45 a run for its money. It certainly is a good choice for your loadout. With the integrated suppressor, choosing an SMG for your loadout may have gotten tougher.

With Modern Warfare II’s multiplayer, it means you can run around the map lasering enemies with the SMG without having gunfire giving away your position. The weapon can be even more effective in Warzone. Given that listening to gunfire plays a big role in locating enemies, this should make late-game scenarios much more interesting.
