Alaix is one of the most trusted industry insiders on X (formerly Twitter). He keeps leaking major details based on various COD titles on a daily basis. Recently, the scooper took to his social media profile to finally drop the solution for every fan who wants to jump into Verdansk.

In a post on X, the insider has actually revealed a link to download the playable version of Verdansk in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. However, there are certain things interested users will have to know.

The link on ‘How to play Verdansk in 2023’ features certain steps. Firstly, players have to close Battle.net before starting the game. Also, they don’t need to own Activision’s Modern Warfare 2019 in order to play this map offline. All they have to do is download the primary files provided by Alaix from multiple servers.

While we can’t exactly reveal names for all the files here, below are the key steps to follow on PC:

1. Start the game, go to local multiplayer, create a game
2. Open the console with ` then type “lui_dev_features_enabled 1”
3. Then choose the verdansk map in the map list
4. Next choose the battle royale gamemode
5. Then open the console again with ` and type “ui_mapname mp_donetsk;exec br_core.cfg;sv_systemlinkStartMatch”
6. Enjoy Verdansk
