Blasphemous was released in 2019 and it pretty much blew everyone away with its smooth 2d visuals and responsive gameplay. It played like dark souls in 2D and did not disappoint. A soul like that plays like a dream and looks like a nightmare is what every heart desires.

And now the developers are in the process of making a sequel which is to be released sometime in 2023.

Hollow Knight: Silksong for PlayStation 5

Hollow Knight was an unforgettable experience for anyone who gave it a go. Once again gamers saw 2D soulslike. And they loved it too, its minimalistic story, its boss battles, and its Metroidvania-like structure really won numerous hearts.

And that’s why work on the sequel started pretty much instantly. This game has been seen a number of times during a number of console showcases, it is said that 2023 would be the year it would see the light of day.

Rogue Legacy 2 coming in 2023 to PS5

This game is less a sequel and more a remake of its original counterpart. That game launched for almost every console in 2013. It was so successful that it even kickstarted a whole new genre of Rogue Lites.

Rogue Legacy 2 has already launched on Nintendo Switch and PC and would be released for PlayStation consoles sometime in 2023.

It’s a fishing game, you sail into the sea, you catch fish and you sell the fish to upgrade your boat.
And then you would start noticing something creepy inside of that sea. Now you have to survive while catching enough fish. Nothing beats a creepy horror game where you are stuck in a huge sea in which a monster lurks.
