The developers are expected to introduce the Ricochet anti-cheat engine in the popular 2021 release, Call of Duty: Vanguard. It’s been a while since the developer Raven Software launched Ricochet for Call of Duty: Warzone. And it’s likely that fans will get to see it being used in COD: Vanguard very soon.
The launch could happen around the time the upcoming mid-season 2 update arrives. This information comes from dataminers.
Sledgehammer Games are already working on the upcoming mid-season 2 update. But one thing to note here is the developer and the publisher Activision have shared no detail regarding Ricochet coming to COD: Vanguard.

It’s likely that Ricochet will help eliminate hackers and cheaters from the title. And if dataminers’ claims turn out to be true, then it’s certain that the devs will make an official announcement regarding the same in the coming days. Call of Duty: Vanguard- Mid-season 2 update and Ricochet’s entry into Vanguard
This upcoming update is likely to introduce tons of new content into the title. Like a gamma vehicle, arms race mode, ice-axe melee weapon, and a new operator named “Gustavo.” As of now, the developers have given no confirmation regarding the expected upcoming content. In fact, the devs are even yet to release the exact release date of this upcoming update.
