Riot Games has rolled out a brand new update for Valorant in Episode 3. The studio has aimed at revamping the game from the ground up by rolling out massive changes. First up, the studio tweaked every single roster member of the game and laid out elaborate nerf. Every single character with flashes saw its prices go up, while other agents’ kits became significantly expensive.
Now, the studio has rolled out a brand new agent in KAY/O, who excels at suppressing enemies. However, a few of this character’s abilities have become a nuisance because of a bug.

New KAY/O bug highlights’ players through walls in Valorant
Episode 3 marks a whole new start for the FPS title, as Riot Games wants to change the meta. The addition of KAY/O was primarily aimed at killing ability heavy meta that overshadowed gunplay. It seems like this latest agent will once again bring gunplay into the spotlight, as it can render any agent mute with his ultimate ability (X) NULL/CDM and signature ability (E) Zero Point.
More information from the first few days of the update has uncovered a serious issue with KAY/O. This agent’s signature skill (E) can highlight players through walls once they get suppressed. It highlights their position with a blue triangle logo, which leaves them vulnerable to get wall bang or spam shots.

Moreover, the agent’s ultimate ability also produced the same result, and a Reddit user u/Cold-Nipples highlighted this on the subreddit. He shared a video of the ability marking enemies through walls, as he along with his teammates made his way through vents on the map Split. If not fixed, this could serve as a serious gaming-breaking skill that will result in players gaining an unfair advantage.
Run and gun still exists
What could have the promising update to finally fix run and gun has become a nightmare patch. The studio tweaked every single weapon within the game by enhancing walking inaccuracy, only to remove run and gun. These changes promised to remove it once and for all, but sadly it failed to deliver in reality.

Gamers can still effortlessly pull off running headshots with SMGs and fully automatic rifles and even LMGs. However, these changes have significantly reduced the standing accuracy of weapons that have further enhanced run and gun strategy. Gamers now have to be extremely precise with their aim to hit those crispy headshots, as opposed to the previous version of the game.
