Valkyrae, aka The Queen of YouTube, Drops Major Truth Bomb on a Huge Addiction

Rachell “Rae” Hofstetter, better known as Valkyrae, is one of the most popular female streamers in the world. Furthermore, she is a co-owner of the famous eSports organization, 100 Thieves and she also signed a partnership with YouTube Gaming. Not to mention, she even became one of the most-watched female streamers back in 2021.

 Valkyrae opens up about her past stoner life and weed addiction

Rae is popular for her entertaining streams and several fans look forward to her daily streams. In addition to that, Rae is very comfortable with her fans on stream. Recently, in one of her streams, Rae discussed his past stoner life with her chat. During the stream, one fan asked Valkyrae if she ever smoked weed in her life.

To which, Queen of YouTube replied with an innocent smile and started talking about her weed addiction in the past. She replied, “Yeah. Back in my day, we used to grow a couple of plants. I was a mega stoner man. It was a very long time ago.”

Indeed, everyone was shocked after hearing about Rae’s stoner life. Several fans were shocked after Rae confirmed her weed addiction as, over the years since she started as a full-time streamer, she had never disclosed anything about her addiction.

Since Rae’s fans became more curious, the Queen of YouTube had to answer several questions popping up on her screen. Later, she even confronted that she used to smoke marijuana for her medication. In her own words, “Okay, listen. Marijuana was illegal in Washington State way before everywhere else. And I had my medication card. But I quit a long long long time ago.”

After that Rae also discussed why she decided to quit marijuana even though she need it for her medication. She said, “I quit because, at the time, I didn’t like how lazy it made me. It was expensive too at the time. And also, it just clashed with what I was trying to do with my life.”
