Upcoming Lego Star Wars Game Impresses Millions 24 Hours Before Massive Launch

Another month and another new release is about to entertain the players across the globe. Well, this time it’s going to be the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga from Traveller’s Tales. And it seems like the title is already a hit even before an official launch this week.

The early impressions of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga are mostly positive so far. At least that’s what the ongoing reactions from the critics have implied. This is great news for the game itself, in order to gain much-needed momentum in the long run.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga review round-up: Critics are impressed!

For those uninitiated, The Skywalker Saga is the sixth main entry in Traveller’s Tales’ long-running Lego series based on the Star Wars universe. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is the publisher of this project.

It seems like the new installment has already managed to be a go-to game even before its release this week. All thanks to the amazing scores it has received so far from the early reviews by some of the reputed outlets.

Speaking of the top reviews, then Shacknews and IGN have given it a solid 9 and 8 out of 10 respectively. Furthermore, Game Informer has also awarded Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga a good rating of 8 out of 10. On the other hand, Destructoid has given it a decent score of 7.5 out of 10. Another widely followed platform Windows Central has also given the game a stellar rating of 4 out of 5.

Talking about Metacritic, then the latest Lego Star Wars title has succeeded in getting a fabulous aggregate Metascore of 84 percent for PS5. It is based on 32 critic reviews at the time of writing this article. Additionally, it has gained a rating of above 80 percent for other consoles as well.

Following the reveal of the early reviews, fans also expressed their impressions of the title. Especially those, who were able to get it early before the launch day.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be available starting April 5, 2022, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
